Will immigration look for bank clearance on my exit?

Hi


I just want to ask question. I have a mastercard and already paid.I am about to leave Kuwait on June 18 but the bank cannot issue a bank clearance since it should be 10 days after mastercard cancellation.


Question is, do the immigration will look for bank clearance on my exit?


I hope someone can answer.
