Divorce and how about my family visa , help please

sorry to hear that, to answer your question, as your husband is your sponsor on a family visa, if you are no longer a family, he cannot sponsor you. the best bet would be to delay the paperwork until you find a job, transfer your residency to it, then proceed with the paperwork.

You can search for job and once you find a company that wants to hire you, explain your situation to them and ask them if you leave Kuwait , can they provide you a work visa ? Often they can.

Also I suggest you to contact your embassy and ask for their help because they may have experience dealing with similar cases.
