Changing Address in CPR card

Recently, I moved to a new apartment. EWA is not in my name. EWA cap is mentioned in agreement. My CPR address still in my old address. Now, I want to change my address in CPR. My landlord, Bahraini, is telling if I get a municipality letter then EWA charges will increase. Is that true? What is actual procedure to change my address? I have my wife and child coming next month to Bahrain. I want to apply CPR for them also. For that, do I need to submit any address proof? Or, since there are in dependent visa, my CPR address will be accepted?

Charges will increase by 10% of rental value every month. Search forum, process to change listed.
