Resignation

Dear sir/madam,,my friend was a KG teacher here in bahrain in a a private school for 7 years,before the school ends they were sent an email from school of they are interested again to join and my friend says yes,but asking for additional increase in salary and after she recieved a resignation form to be filled up and their reason that shes incompetent in teaching ,now my friend is jobless now,what can we do about this?,,how can they give her termination form since her contract will expire in august 2021,,thanks for the answer!,,

They can terminate her anytime.....its not an issue.......its just that she needs to be paid for termination without cause.
