Hello. In how many days LMRA is issuing medical report for new arrivals.

LMRA doesn't issue it.  The clinic you get tested at, does.  It varies depending on facility but usually within a week if there are no problems.

Today I have checked online it is showing pending for reslut. And in view section there is nothing. It's been 4 days I have attend my medical.

Can some one assist what does it's mean pending for reslut. Is this some thing to worry?

As I said, it takes a week usually.  In the future, control your anxiety and wait.  We see a lot of people here who end up being unncessarily anxious for no reason.
