I don't have enough income to pay the rent

Roy Hidalgo

My concern is the following, I am a freelancer and I barely have enough work to survive 1f61e.svg1f61e.svg, I have not had enough income to pay the rent, the question is: can I end contact with the landlord before the agreed date because I have no income? I don't want to get in trouble with the law, but it's so hard for me to understand that situation?

Talk to the landlord as a first step.  Explain your situation.

@XTang thank you for reply, I already explained to the Real State, They are making force and threatening to take me to court. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Can you explain me about what is a Diplomatic Clause and how can I apply it?

XTang

Diplomatic clause is if you are leaving the country.  And most landlords will ask for proof when you apply it i.e. visa cancellation etc.

@XTang thank you 🤝
