Expat used car loan

Hi guys. I’ve found a car from a private seller that I’m looking to buy. I’ve waited for a the right one to come along for a while now so I don’t want to let it slip away.

Due to some personal reasons I’m looking to have it with 0 down payment over 4/5 years.

I have contacted so many banks and it seems to be a minimum of 20% down payment across the board.

Does anyone know a bank, or a car dealer that does in house financing that would be able to get me the used car with 0 down payment?

The down payment requirements are set by the central bank in most countries. I don't think any bank would be able to circumvent those.
