Daily pick up and drop available in Bahrain???????

What are the options of transportation in Bahrain to go daily to the place we work until we get a license and buy a car. Is there any option like daily pick up and drop which can be paid monthly or is the public transport reliable enough

You didn't mention from where to where.  This is important for public transportation as the coverage of buses and route timings are not as extensive - having started only a few years ago.

There are lots of people running private taxi services which are illegal but wide spread.  A lot of people do deals with them for daily pick and drop.  Ask around your circle for contacts.

I think there are 3-4 bus routes that go in that direction.  You can check on Bahrain bus  to see exactly where they go and if it works for you.
