Bahrain registered car how long to stay in Saudi

niveenchoco

How long can I keep my Bahraini registered car in Saudi for??

I searched on the net and I found only 90 days !! What happens after 90 days? Do I have to pay a fine?

I have to stay in Saudi for 1 year...

I have iqama in Bahrain and Saudi.

Is there a special permit for the car to stay longer than 90 days in Saudi??

I have answered this many times.  You need to exit the car to Bahrain every 90 days or you will get fined.  Customs Saudi has clarified this many times on Saudi Gazette and I have pasted the links on the forum.  There is no special permit.

If you don't want to do that then you should export the car to Saudi and put Saudi plates on it.

Hello Xtang

I have a Bahraini registered car and will be moving to Tabuk in Saudi. Like you, I will have residency in both Bahrain and Saudi. Do you happen to know if every 90 days I could exit to Jordan instead of Bahrain or does it have to be to the country of the car's registration? (Obviously  I understand I'd have to go back to Bahrain for annual renewal, insurance etc.)

Just need to exit, doesn't matter where
