1) Stop creating multiple threads.  Ask questions on the one you previously created

https://www.expat.com/forum/viewtopic.p … 60#4325997

2) Are you a troll or do you want to ask a real question?   as in the previous thread, you said that you are in India, don't have a passport and wife will sponsor baby in Bahrain. Now you are saying you are working in Bahrain?

Kindly be straightforward and ask your question one time in one thread with all the correct details - it is annoying when you end up wasting other people's time.  And the NOC process is different when you apply from outside and inside Bahrain but I am not going to bother to give any details until I know for sure you are not going to change your story a third time on another post.

Ok, next time, you need to be very clear.  And don't create multiple threads.

For people in Bahrain, NOC can only be given through the notary public in GOSI mall.  Go there early (as they only issue limited number of tokens per day) with your passport/CPR and also the documents for your wife/children.  They will type it out and notarise it for you.  They can do it with CPR's only.  But since your daughter won't have a CPR yet, you would need her passport copies and maybe they will ask for yours as well.  And the format is standard; you can't make any changes - I think the whole process doesn't cost much i.e less than 10 BD but will take lots of time if you get there late.

Once notarised, you have to get it attested by MOFA Bahrain for LMRA to recognise it. it's on the main road on the right side as you go towards Bab Al Bahrain roundabout (the one which has parking on the right and HBL etc), doesn't take much time and costs 10 BD.

Finally, keep in mind that not all females are allowed to sponsor a child if the father is in Bahrain.  This varies by profession so you can check with her employer.   In that case, you will need to sponsor your daughter.  In either case, you would need a marriage certificate and birth certificates.  Both attested.
