Hi. I want to ask how to determine or how will i know the hospital designated in my cpr here in bahrain for medical check up or treatment.

Based on your CPR address.  If you don't know it, get a read of the CPR from any outlet and look at the block number.  The local clinic (not hospital) would in most cases be the only one in that block.

However, if you are an expat, you are not treated for free and in all probability have private medical insurance. This means that you can go to any hospital of your choice.  Better in my opinion.

How to search for my address in my cpr?

Read what I wrote.  Go to any outlet of a mobile operator or to a money exchange or any other shop that has a CPR reader and ask them for a print out.  They may or may not charge.

Or go to bahrain.bh -> Id card services.  Sign in or sign up for an ekey.  Go to family services and click on update details.  You will see your address on the card.
