Visa not cancelled by employer after resignation and handover....

ragesh mavally

Hi,

i worked in one of the company in Bahrain more than 6 years..I resigned from my job by giving my resignation letter to owner-the hard copy and send the scanned copy by email. owner accepted the resignation and acknowledged by email. I handed over the duties to the new comers and completed the annual audits and other works instructed by the management properly. But the employer is not cancelled my Visa at the time of my exit and he promised that he will cancel it. now after 3 months my visa is still valid. My Visa is expiring on oct 2018 only.
Can I come to Bahrain with the same Visa and search for new job and approach to Lmra for transfer the Visa in to new company without permission of old employer?

If valid, you can enter Bahrain and go to lmra to transfer without consent.
