Health Insurance - Critical Illness Cover Cover for 65 year old ?

Does anyone know a good health insurance provider that offers just critical illness cover for a 65+ year old expat ?
I found AMAL – Critical Illness from " Bahrain Kuwait Insurance "
But the age limit is 64 
unfortunately 65 years is a like a cut off for critical illness insurance worldwide, i guess you need to speak to insurance companies for more information regarding what would be the best alternatives.
