Hi! I am really sorry, no ideas... I doubt any ladies in this forum has, cause we are all young and beautiful (and skinny too ... )may be some of the boys here could give you advice

But why do u need this???

Hi

Thanks for the replies did google it but cant find much on it .
I am happy with what god give me its just I spoilt it to much sun and to many late nights partying not a good look.

So be good and get lots of sleep and stay out of the Sun ?
