Work visa/Permit Ban

My friend was working during the beginning work permit process and the exact time LMRA caught.. Found working without work permit and got fine and work permit ban ( can't take any work permit visa in Bahrain ).

So my question is

1.when this work permit ban will lift ? How long will take ?

2.How to know the ban details ?

3.Where from we can know the details of work ban ?

To keep it very simple, it is irrelevant how long the ban is for and details. No one will give you details and people who you speak to in LMRA/NPRA will all give different answers (try and see if you don't believe me). The only real way is to find out via contacts and if you don't have contacts, forget about it. Also even if the ban is lifted, NPRA may refuse the visa in any case - they have the right to do that without giving any reason. Best case, assume 2-3 years but it can turn out to be indefinite.

If you notice my past posts, I repeatedly tell people to NOT work without a visa in their hand. Doesn't matter if it's been applied for - you cant work till you get it. Most people on these forums who get caught never come back to Bahrain.
