Request to clarify EOS as per bahrain

Dear Mr. Neemish,

Good day.

It was nice to see you have been guiding to many people at this platform which is really helpfull for needy person.

Can you please guide me for my end of settlement. our organisation is not providing clear details.

As per our company our basic salary is fixed from the last 5 years and we do not get any addition of amount in basic salary, though we received regular increment annually. And this increment Is being added in the payslip as special allowances.

Can you please guide if there is any chance to file a case by considering special allowance and social allowance.

As per article 116 end of settlement calculation is based on wages AND as per article 111 EOS is based on most recent BASIC WAGE. IS there any possibility to defend with my organisation to provide EOS as per article 116 I.e. based of WAGES.

as per MOL order, basic wage also includes any kind of increment as well..  for example if I have a basic of 300 BD and increment  (with official letter of increment) of 110 BD annually for 4 years that will be  BD 300 + 440. can I defend that my basic wage shall be 740 BD as per MOL definition for BASIC wage.

I would recommend you consult with a lawyer.

This will require a lawyer for sure.  As you are going to contest the definition of wages as determined by the company vs. Bahrain labor law.
