Switching from work visa to investor visa

1) There is no transfer.  You apply for a new investor visa once current visa is cancelled. When it is issued, you have to apply for dependent visa

2) All of this can be done online in EMS which you should sign up for with LMRA once your CR is active

3) For dependent visa, make sure that birth and marriage certificates are attested.................by MOFA Bahrain as well

For investor visa in my case do I need my address updated on CPR?

If I want to take investor visa then???? What is the procedure of cancellation of job visa tell me hr saying I need to show return air ticket to them

It's typical for HR to handle visa cancellations. They may request a return ticket to ensure that you depart the country once the visa is cancelled.

My employment contract with current employer is terminated in August 2025. But my employment visa is valid till 27 Jan 2026. Now I have got a CR and I became an Director/partner in the company.

How can I transfer my work visa to investor visa ?

Does my previous employer need to cancel my work visa by himself inorder to apply for investor visa ?

or The work visa will be automatically cancelled after the  expiry period 27 Jan 2026 and then I can apply for investor visa under my CR?
