Homecooking Filipino Food in Gran Canaria, Puerto Rico

My last post where deleted but I dont know why.

Im coming to the Gran Canaria to celebrate my girlfirends 30th birthday.

My girlfriend is filipina and I would like to surprise her by setting up a filipino-dinner at our Villa in Puerto Rico.

Is there anyone out there who knows someone who can cook good original filipino food?

I would like to have one or more chefs over to our Villa to make us a dinner for 8 people so if you know someone who might be able to do this job in Late november please contact me.
