Help with Russian Real Estate Record Request

Hello, can someone help me find out (with an official document) who some property in Saint Petersburg belongs to?

The website is Rosreestr but I can't read/write/speak in Russian.

Any effort spent will of course be compensated.

hi,

1st of all you need yandex trad , at least to know what the article is about .

_then , consider some real estate agencies keep some informations confidential , you will have an idea about it once you translate the page .

_and to be honest , in your position if you want an official information it is better to hire an emglish spoker lawyer .

_btw if you manage to have the adress , it is perhaps possible to ask at "moydokument" but ... i guess you have a russian sim card and a vocal translator (aswell as text from image translator) ... keep in mind you are a foreigner and they can just say "нет"

if you are serious , just do like everybody = with a lawyer
