hi friend. you can get driving licence in romania but you will not find books to learn from English. if you know romanish no matter. it is with 26 question and you need to get 22 correct. i have done my test from english and i got driving licence in romania.

You will have better success if you learn the laws, not questions.

Before you can get your license you must take lessons at a driving school and then get a complete physical exam at a medical center.

The only exception to taking classes is to exchange your old license. In that case no test is involved.
