CNRED to authenticate my diploma

If you do not have a personal contact in Romania to act as a proxy, CNRED's official guidelines state that applications do not strictly have to go through the online ROePAS system.

You can send your physical application file, copy of study documents, and proof of authentication fee directly via postal mail or an express courier service.

When the certificate is ready, CNRED can mail or courier it back to the foreign address you specified in your application (with cash-on-delivery/payment upon delivery for the shipping fees).
