Medis FIT insurance

Can someone please explain the Medit FIT coverage?  I have a quote for the Medis coverage but there are also premiums for the Medis FIT, but I'm not sure what it covers or...even what it is.  I can't find anything online that explains it.

It seems to me that the Médis FIT options only allow you some freedom in choosing the amount of premium to pay depending on the annual medical deductibles you select for the Hospitalisation coverage. This is what I have understood from this:

Maybe JohnnyPT knows, but I don't see the point in going through a bank to get an insurance. I have all of my insurances with the same insurance company. This way my insurance needs are completely independent from my banking.
