Owning land plot, you own everything below as well and above it?

Hi Johnny, have following question:

I try to found out an natural water source on my land plot. So far I unterstand from my land have access to "main water level" as well not so deeply also "season influenced" water level.
So far I understand, also it's possible in this area to found oil & gas, sure to an much high deeply level.

The question is: owning land plot in Portugal, should mean you own everything below it (earth surface), as well and above it?

Could you advice me where can I read some "legally" advice?

Artigo 1344.º - Limites materiais

1 - A propriedade dos imóveis abrange o espaço aéreo correspondente à superfície, bem como o subsolo, com tudo o que neles se contém e não esteja desintegrado do domínio por lei ou negócio jurídico.

2 - O proprietário não pode, todavia, proibir os actos de terceiro que, pela altura ou profundidade a que têm lugar, não haja interesse em impedir.
