@rogerpart The Expression of Interest, also known as 'Manifestação de Interesse' is an application done by those who apply for residency in Portugal whilst they are here as visitors. This normally applies to those like Brazilians and US citizens who are allowed visa-free entry to Portugal, and who decide to reside here.
