Some of foreigners can make their buissiness in Poland in the same way Polish citizens do (for example citizens of EU countries, foreigners having temporary residence permit for studies). All others can register their activity only in the form of commercial law company. It means that if you don't want to create your company with other partners you can register only limited liability company.

Pakistan, but i have established a business in Saudi. But these days things are not good for expats, i am planing to move Lithuania.
that's Interesting.
thank you very much for information.

i don't have EU residence permit, but i do have multiple entry Visa for 6 months. will i be able to register my own firm?
If you want to move to Lithuania you'd better ask about details on Lithuanian branch of forum. But as far as I know the basic form of setting up a business for foreigners in Lithuania is Private limited liability company.
