Verification Under EU Law Questions

AssafExpat

Hello fellow expats,

Me and my partner are moving to the Netherlands, I am an EU-Citizen and he's not.

We plan for me to register at the gemeente, receive a BSN, and right after that applying for the Verification under EU law.

A few questions regarding our applications:

If we want to add a lease on our apartment for the past 7 years, proving we lived together, should that be legalized or just translate? (It's not an official document provided by the state, just a lease)

We also have a document from a lawyer where we're stating that we live in partnership, same question regarding that.

Also, can my partner register at the gemeente and get a BSN after he gets the residency endorsement sticker, or only after the entire process is done?

Thanks!
