Working in belgium and living in netherlands

Hey please I am currently working in belgium , my husband in netherlands and I want to live with him in netherlands.do I have the right to work in belgium and live in netherlands knowning that I have a residence permit for belgium.Also I want to know if I will always need a belgian address?

one additional info is that My husband can't apply for a spouse visa cause he doenst have a permanent contract

You would need a work permit in Belgium and a residency permit in the Netherlands, if you have a husband in the Netherlands and have Dutch language certificates saying you speak fluent Dutch it should be possible. If you are not an EU citizen and don't speak Dutch and don't have a job here then it's very unlikely
