Hello everyone,

My name is Amita, and I am from Thailand.

I would like to share a little about my experience living and working abroad. I spent four years in Croatia, and it was one of the most important and unforgettable periods of my life.

My journey started in southern Croatia, where I worked in the hospitality industry during the tourist season. In the beginning, life was not always easy. Every day, I walked about 1.5 hours to work and back. Despite the challenges, I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the stunning Adriatic Sea, and the peaceful atmosphere.

It was also my first time hearing the Croatian language and adapting to a completely different culture. Along the way, I made many international friends from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Slovenia. These friendships helped me learn more about the region and made my experience even more meaningful.

After the season ended, I moved to Zagreb. I found the city calm, convenient, and beautiful. There, I worked in a pastry and bakery shop for two years, gaining valuable experience and enjoying daily life in the Croatian capital.

Later, I found a new job in Split before eventually returning to Thailand. Looking back, living abroad changed my life. It taught me independence, resilience, and the joy of exploring new cultures.

Today, I often think about those years and would love to start a new adventure abroad once again.

If anyone knows of opportunities in Montenegro, especially in spa massage, wellness, housekeeping, or hotel work, I would be very grateful for any information. It would be especially helpful if the employer could assist with visa arrangements and relocation costs.
