Hello all,

Just wondering if anyone knows of any English speaking doctors in the Treviso/Venice/San Dona di Piave region?

I'll be moving there in August and am looking to continue with some ongoing medical treatment - thought it might be easier explaining all this in English and they can also see the past medical history.

Hi Cameron, the great majority of young doctors understand English without problems. Even more if you are in a touristic zone, such as Venice, full of foreigners needing medical help.

Anyway, there are specific touristic medical offices where you can be certain they speak English fluently (at least the physicians). I give you their numbers for the places you cited. These offices offering help to tourists are called "GUARDIA MEDICA TURISTICA".

Venice (historic city):
(8.30 - 13.30 and from 14.30 - 19.30 ) telephone for tourists: 041 5300874
There are also various places in the town where they can assist you, as you see in this website (select English language on the right menu)
There is an office in San Marco Square as well.
