My husband and I are moving to Sicily .We have health insuranc e covering us for emergencies. Looking for health insurance.

Depending on where you are originally from, it might be worth looking at the relationship between private Health insurance and whatever services are provide by your origin country (e.g. publicly). Also, watch out for 'lead in' (waiting) periods, as you will need to have some other form of Health Insurance for pre-existing condiitons and/or even for new conditions. We paid for an (expensive!) International health Insurance for our first Year living in italy, as it covered us in our origin country as well as anywhere else in the world.
