Can I use my TESSERA IN BELGIUM ?

And what’s is low for Italy TESSERA In Belgium.

It’s the Italian version of the E111 document, so is valid for emergency medical treatment throughout the EU while you are visiting as a tourist.

The official stance is that you have a maximum of 90 days under the Schengen scheme; after that, you will need to either leave or contact the appropriate Government department to formalise you being in Belgium. I suspect that while this Corona debacle is going on, that things may be slightly more flexible, but it's always best to at least try and go through the right process (and keep evidence of having done so).
