We are in the process of acquiring a property

thanks for hosting this forum!

i moved to toscany about 4 weeks ago with my wife and it looks like we will be settling in the arezzo area close to caprese-michelangelo

my main reason to come to this forum is that i would love to connect with people, who have manoeuvred themselves through the bureaucracy of altering, renovating and adding to a house

we are in the process of acquiring a property and of course we are confronted with a particular way of dealing with permissions,

something that was very straightforward to deal with in the states where we lived for 6 years

other than that my wife and i are very excited to meet new people and share stories of our lives
