German embassy will allow us to get married

If you marry in your country, you have to follow your country's rules.
The German embassy has nothing to do with it (except maybe if your country requests some documents from the German embassy to allow you to marry - but usually only documents from his home authorities in Germany are needed).
Only if you later want a German visa based on that marriage, will the embassy be involved. You didn't mention if that is the case (not needed if you continue to stay in your country or elsewhere). Getting a visa based on a short-term marriage and without having lived together will be difficult to impossible!

BUT:
Marrying somebody you never met is a very risky decision, especially if it's an intercultural relationship (which are more difficult and have a much greater breakup rate than same-culture ones). I would personally advise you to wait until you have been physically together long enough to be sure you are comfortable with him!

I agree with beppi, it is risky to get married to someone you have not yet met personally. I am also from the Philippines, marrying there needs a lot of time, since there are lots of documents to accomplish first. Visit the German Embassy website to get info on the things you and your bf needs to "besorgen" (sorry, forgot the term in English). Same is true when you plan to marry here in Germany, there are procedures to follow, nothing can be done in a flash. Take your time knowing him first personally, when you're meant to be, all the waiting is worth it.

We are planning of getting married next year in germany...my question is...is it possible for him to apply a fiancee visa for me in germany directly?

no, you must apply yourself at the Embassy in Manila. You will  need certain documents from him, hence, technically speaking, it's a joint effort between the two of you. Check the embassy's website for the documents that you need.

I would like to ask regarding the requirements in getting CENOMAR in Germany for my fiance'. He went to the registry office in Germany and he said that they are asking for my parents' marriage certificate,my child's birth certificate and my sibling's as well just to get his CENOMAR.Is this really necessary?Because I really can't get it why they need all of these papers from me, it's him who's asking for CENOMAR, not me!

I hope somebody could help me regarding this  matter.

Hi aileen, yes cenomar is required. This document shows that you are really single and not married. You can request your birth certificate, marriage contract of your parents and cenomar in NSO. You can go there directly, but make sure that you have all the correct informations with you. (Dates,places and names of people etc.). You can also order online just search for nso olinewebsite fill out required infos, then you can pay it online or thru banks.afterwards. Costs around p300.00/document. You will received those maximum 4 days or in a week. I advice you to better order online. Going to Nso is extreme stressful.

one more tipp. Better to get married first in Germany so you dont need a lot of your documents to be translated. You know translation costs huge expensive, complicated and will take you a very long long process. Apply first a fiancee visa. Goodluck.
