Secondly, appear for the IELTS/TOEFL test by October 2014 to be granted admission to September'2015 batch. Admissions take place once a year starting from the end of each year (December)-January of the next year. The admission process is lengthy because they scrutinize each application of each case very minutely. I liked this system since its the same with Norway, Iceland and other Scandinavian countries.
Many good universities and courses are available in Finland. Best of luck!!!
