Complex Committees

Good morning all


Is there anyone here that is a complex committee member or has been  a complex committee member?

Need some advise and understanding. Have read the property law but this seems to be a guidance?


Any help appreciated.

Hi, I'd also appreciate any advice you had.  I have moved into a very small new complex which only consists of 4 apartments.  The developer has advised that we need to form a management committee.  I have said I'm happy to be involved but neither I or the other owners know much about the process.
