GHS eligibility about to expire

I have an email from Gesy notifying that my Gesy is about to expire and needs to be renewed. It doe not say how to perform the renewal! Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks for the details. I called the UK overseas NHS and they have confirmed that the S1 I have has no expiry date and there is no need to re-apply. The text from Gesy is

We would like to inform you that the eligibility documents (i.e. residence permits issued by the Civil Registry and Migration Department) are due to expire.

I think that they might be referring to the Cyprus temp visa (MRC1), Biometric card or maybe the rental agreement. I have an immigration appointment at the end of Dec to renew the Temp Visa.

I had the same email came to me about my GESY expiring. But S1 has no expiry date. I phoned GESY. They renewed my GESY. same email came again a month later, so I repeated my message to GESY and they renewed my GESY again.
