I'm trying to document a bit the pictures I took during my trip in Bulgaria, and I can't find informations about this statue in Nesebar harbor.

Well, it looks like you got the answer! Perhaps that it was acquired on August 15th 2006 for a the christian holiday. As you've written below your photo, the statue represents the new Noah, and the dove symbolizes the salvation of the new promised land in the face of this beautiful city.
