Any Canadian citizen at pension age?

It is very important for me to know how easy is for a Canadian citizen to live permanently in Bulgaria and consume his CPP and OAS.
I guess maintaining bank accounts in both countries and transfering on a monthly bases. Does it work? Problems, restrictions ?
What are the relationships with CRA?
