Importing a used car from Germany

Hello everyone,

I have a question about importing a used car from Germany to Bulgaria and I hope someone can help me :-)
Does anyone know how long I have to own a car in order for me to declare it as pre-owned personal property and not have to pay import tax for it (if there are any at all)?

There is no import tax from Germany its EU state. You'll need to pay eco tax at the amount of 250 BGN if the car is older then 10 years. The tax is payable upon registration with Bulgarian plates.
