Best gps/sat nav?

Hi regards travelling to Bulgaria what Sat Nav or gps covers the country, I recently bought a sat nav that does all around the bordering countries but not Bulgaria or Romania?
I have considered a Tom Tom, I saw some that do full European mapping, has anyone used one and if so did it do the job? I think mine only covers around 70% of Europe although it will set to talk in Bulgarian which is ironic!!
Anyhow all replies welcome in advance.

I have a Garmin NUVI 3598 LM. It works fine in the whole on Europe, it's fine in Bulgaria. Even the traffic redirection works. My advice is get the best, not the cheapest.
