Looking for a long-term home in the Burgas / Southern Black Sea area

Hello everyone,

We are a couple looking for a house or apartment to live in long-term in the Burgas, Sozopol, or surrounding areas.

We are open to an arrangement where we can live in the property in exchange for taking care of and maintaining it. We are also willing to pay a monthly rent if the property is suitable and the agreement is for a long-term period.

My wife is a musician and will be working online, while I am a technician specialising in irrigation systems and landscaping. We are responsible, quiet and would be happy to look after a property as if it were our own.

We are pet-free and are open to different options.
