My neighbours do. They have a 4 acre plum orchard, and with a huge crop this year have started the process of making a generous batch of their own rakia. Due to last year's fruit crop failures after a late freeze killed all the fruit buds, the home-made rakia has been very much rationed this year!

Probably with the good grape harvest they'll be making wine again, too. My three grape vines have been amazingly productive. Too late for this year, but next year I intend to have a go at wine making.

I'm also partial to a glass or three of fiery alcoholic Ginger Beer - best drunk standing up, as sitting in a chair while imbibing it mysteriously causes gravity to increase dramatically! ๐Ÿ˜
