Sorry to hear it's dragged on for five years — that's genuinely frustrating. For the drilling itself you'll want a dedicated borehole/water-drilling specialist (there are a few operating around the Botevgrad area), as that's its own trade.

Where we (Peak Care, a small renovation and construction outfit working around Bansko, Sofia and the wider region) can usually help is everything around the borehole once it's drilled: the pump and pressure tank, the connection into the house plumbing, trenching and the electrical supply for the pump, plus coordinating the trades so the job actually gets finished rather than stalling again.
