You probably have done already, but it could be worth asking at one of the pet and animal medicine shops in Toshevo, too. The veterinary apotek at the end of the market square seems to have a good range of stuff - it's where my neighbour gets her livestock medicines. Or the two pet shops on the main street seem to have a lot for domestic animals. The expanded Stroi Invest hardware store on the street behind the market square might be able to help, too.
