Transfer of utilities

All you need are the title deeds and your ID (passport if that's what was used for the Act).  Did you buy in your own names or via a company?  If the latter, you'll need the company papers since the utilities will probably be in its name.

so no need for residency permit ?

we cant seem find any information its so frustrating .

The company is a Bulgarian legal entity and ipso facto needs no residence permit.
