Youth baseball in Albania is still pretty niche, unfortunately. There aren’t established leagues like you’d find in Western Europe. Your best bets are:
Tirana – occasionally has informal baseball/softball meetups or expat groups running practices.
International schools – some offer baseball as an extracurricular depending on the year.
Expat Facebook groups – surprisingly useful for finding small pickup sessions.
It’s not impossible, just very DIY. If your kid loves the sport, you’ll probably need to tap into the expat scene or help spark a local group yourself.
