Forms for my belongings to make it through customs

Hello All!

My name is Crystal, not exactly sure how I came across this site. But, I was investigating how to find the forms that are needed for my belongings to make it through customs. I'm a US citizen and I've been offered work in Tirana. I currently live in Poland. I've been trying to find the following documents/forms:

1)Copy of the owner of the goods’ employer identification number of taxable person (NIPT)

2)Authorization provided by the owner of the goods from the General Directory of Customs (non-diplomats)

4)Original bill of lading (OBL) / air waybill (AWB)
