I bought a lot in Isabela!!!! now to find an architect and engineer.

I met with a very nice architect today, but i want to "shop" it and get a couple more quotes. Is $10,000-$12,000 normal for architect fees? she said it was based on about a fee of 7% of construction cost of approx $150,000.

Once I get that settled I will need an engineer and finally a contractor. Any advice/referrals are appreciated

Hello,

I don't know from personal use but I have inquired in the past and many have highly recommended Dacar and Costa Brava. Both companies are based in Rincon, but I believe they may build in nearby towns. Isabela is not too far from Rincon. You can check out their websites for more info.
