In need of lawyer that knows inheritance laws in Puerto Rico

I am looking to purchase a farm in Ciales, PR.  The farm is held by multiple heirs, and I am a family member that is interested in purchasing the farm.  I know this is a complex task, as i have been doing much of the leg work, but it is time consuming.  I am looking for a lawyer that would handle everything on my behalf.  I would appreciate any leads.

We've used a great Law Firm out of Mayaguez for 4 real estate transactions over the last 20 years.  I suggest having a call with Laura Dahdah Surillo.  787-834-3700.   Her and her husband Juan are bi-lingual (English/Spanish) and own the practice and are great people.  I think they are also able to practice in front of the U.S. Supreme Court which is impressive.
