I need an expeditor in or near Luquillo to help get the correct permits for a modular prefab home I want to have assembled on my property


Does anybody have excellent recommendations or help they can send me? Thank you.


Is there a location where anyone can find the zoning ordinances for Luquillo? I know they are autonomous now.
